Non-Emergency? Use Phone First.
If your condition is urgent but **not life-threatening**, please use the **"Phone First"** service to be directed to the most appropriate care. This helps keep Emergency Departments free for critical cases.
Ministerial Targets

No patient should wait longer than **12 hours** from arrival to departure.
